Hi, I’m Jelali Nicole- a licensed esthetician home based in Hazleton, PA and the face behind Totally Waxed ! I’ve been licensed for over two years and specialize in Brazilian waxing. I focus on making people feel comfortable, educated, and confident in their skin. I take the time to explain what’s happening with your skin from histamine reactions to ingrowns so you always leave feeling taken care of and never rushed. Whether it’s your first wax or you’ve been doing this for years, I’m here to make sure it’s a smooth, safe experience every time ;)

Cancellation Policy

At Totally Waxed, we respect your time and ask that you do the same for ours. Please review the following policies carefully: Deposits : Deposits are required to secure all appointments and are non-refundable. Cancellation Policy: Cancel/reschedule 24+ hrs in advance to transfer your deposit. If it’s within 24 hrs, your deposit is forfeited and you must text 570-926-5224 to cancel or reschedule. Please confirm your appointment at least 12 hour before your scheduled time. Unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled and charged a 50% cancellation fee or deposit forfeited. Late Policy: There is a 7-min grace period. At 8 mins, your appointment is canceled, your deposit is lost, and you must reschedule. If you’re running late, text 570-926-5224 ASAP. 8+ mins late without notice = no-show (see below). No-Show Policy: No-shows or 8+ min late with no notice will be charged 80% of the service. After 2nd No-show, you will be banned from booking. Any no-show or late cancellation will result in a required cancellation fee. If the cancellation fee is not paid within 48 hours, the client will be banned from future booking. If paying remaining balance in cash, I accept exact cash only.
